Moving Research to Policy and Practice to Improve Support for Caregivers

July 25 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

A C-TAC and PCORI Regional Research Forum in collaboration with the American Heart Association

C-TAC is convening this Regional Research Forum in collaboration with the American Heart Association to present two PCORI-funded research studies and one PCORI-funded seminar program that have the potential to significantly improve communication between caregivers and advanced illness patients. The Forum’s aim is to place these PCORI projects in the hands of implementors – health system leaders, providers, payers, community and state organizations, and others – who can use the PCORI research findings to implement systemic changes to improve caregiver satisfaction and patient outcomes.
