The Blog to Transform Advanced Care
Advancing Care through Innovation, Observation and Collaboration.
As technology advances, we are presented with more sophisticated tools and resources with which to provide and coordinate healthcare for Americans suffering from serious and advanced illnesses. This population is expanding rapidly due to the aging Baby Boomer generation and technological innovations will be a key component of ensuring that older Americans facing advanced illness receive coordinated, high-quality care.
Founded in 2013, Vynca has in short order developed technology that not only helps patients, families and care teams make care planning decisions, but also ensures that these decisions are properly documented and shared across the continuum of care.
Yesterday, Vynca and a few of their innovative collaborators gathered for a virtual roundtable to discuss the potential for startups and other entrepreneurs to spur innovation in advanced care.
