Capital Caring Hosts Hospice Comes to Washington

Join Capital Caring for the newly expanded 2016 Hospice Comes to Washington convening, Accelerating Access: Empowering Communities through Care. This three-day forum will tackle some of the most pressing barriers to care for local communities and will serve as the official launch of Capital Caring’s newest initiative, the innovative Pathways to Grace program, in partnership with Rev. Dr. Kendrick Curry, of the Pennsylvania Ave Baptist Church. In addition to the Community Care Forum and Advocacy Day to help further the advanced care agenda, the convening will conclude with a special Networking Reception and Celebration at the historic Hotel Monaco in downtown Washington, D.C.
